Service 1
Payments are required prior to each lesson. Monthly contracts are to be paid at the beginning of each month prior to the date of the first lesson. All financial transactions can be done by E-transfer, Cash or credit-card.
Service 2
Missed lessons won’t be refunded but rescheduled as each lesson is a paid time slot. Rescheduling will have to be at the Teachers discretion and availability. Teachers must be notified within 48 hours of any known future cancellation or changes to a students scheduled session to see what changes are available.
Service 3
Late for a lesson, will take from your scheduled time slot and no credit adjustment will be given. Be prepared for each lesson. This will allow you to get the most out of your session. Being prepared will set the tone for a great opportunity to grow as a musician
